REFUND POLICY:


We aim to serve you with excellence. If you are not satisfied with your order, we may offer a partial or full refund, or credit towards your next appointment. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order to make a complaint. We cannot accept refund requests after one hour. We will process your refund as soon as possible; however, bank processing may take up to 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

An order may be canceled for a full refund as long as preparation has not started.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

We strive to ensure that all details, including descriptions and prices displayed on our website and mobile app, are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur. DIAMED BEAUTY AND AESTHETIC reserves the right to correct these errors by reconfirming with you. If we are unable to confirm your order, we can cancel and fully refund you.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Legal proceedings related to these terms can be brought in the English courts. If you reside in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, or in any other Member State of the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms in either the English courts or the courts of your home country.
